Zero Server Upload

When you add people, enter names and heights in centimeters or feet and inches, select avatars, or choose colors, the comparison is processed locally in your browser. The comparison data is managed on your device using client-side application code and is not sent to our servers or stored on our servers.

If you close or reload the page, the comparison data from that session is cleared. When you download a chart image, the comparison is rendered locally in your browser and the resulting image is downloaded directly to your device.

2. Information You Send Directly to Us

Voluntary

If you reach out via our contact page or email (e.g. to report a bug, suggest a celebrity addition, or share feedback), we collect your name, email address, topic, and message content. This information is used solely to answer your questions and improve the tool. We never sell your contact information or add you to marketing mailing lists.

3. Technical Data Collected Automatically

Standard Logs

When you visit HeightCanvas, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard technical information through server logs. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, date and time of requests, and requested page paths.

HeightCanvas may use your browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember certain preferences, such as your preferred height unit display (centimeters or feet and inches). This information is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to or stored on HeightCanvas servers. You can clear this information at any time through your browser settings.
