These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and HeightCanvas, an independent project ("HeightCanvas", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply to your use of https://www.heightcanvas.com and the height comparison tool, pages, features, and content available through it (the "Service").

HeightCanvas is a free visual height comparison tool that displays people, celebrities, public figures, characters, animals, and objects on a common scale so users can compare heights visually. You may create and download comparison charts for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes, including sharing them on social media or using them in a school project.

If you share a chart, a link back to HeightCanvas is appreciated but is not required. If you want to use HeightCanvas's illustrations, visual assets, layouts, or generated charts commercially, including in a product, advertisement, paid publication, or other commercial project, please contact us first for permission.

You are responsible for any chart you create, download, publish, or share. You must not use the Service to create or distribute content that is hateful, defamatory, threatening, misleading about a real person, or that violates another person's privacy or rights.

The Service, including its code, design, text, layout, logo, visual assets, and the male, female, and child illustrations, is owned by HeightCanvas or used under applicable license and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Subject to these Terms, HeightCanvas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. Names, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property belonging to celebrities, athletes, brands, organizations, and other third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Such names and marks may be used on HeightCanvas for identification, informational, and comparative reference purposes. Heights of celebrities and public figures are compiled from publicly available sources. Different sources may report different measurements, and published figures may be estimates, rounded values, or outdated. As a result, height information displayed on HeightCanvas may be inaccurate and should not be treated as an official or professionally verified measurement.

If you find an incorrect or outdated height, or if you are a person named on the site or an authorized representative and would like a name or height reference reviewed, corrected, or removed, please contact us. We will review legitimate requests and make appropriate updates where reasonably possible.

The Service may display advertisements and may use third-party services, such as analytics, advertising, or other technology providers. Advertisements and third-party services are operated by independent providers, and HeightCanvas is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or any dealings you may have with them.

HEIGHTCANVAS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT INFORMATION PRESENTED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING CELEBRITY OR PUBLIC FIGURE HEIGHTS, IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEIGHTCANVAS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 (OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE, WHICH IS ZERO, WHICHEVER IS GREATER). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED, INCLUDING RIGHTS AVAILABLE TO CONSUMERS UNDER MANDATORY LAW.

You are responsible for your use of the Service, including any charts you create, download, publish, or share. If a third party makes a claim against HeightCanvas as a direct result of your material breach of these Terms or your violation of another person's rights, you agree to reasonably cooperate with us in responding to that claim and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, cover reasonable losses directly resulting from your breach.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and HeightCanvas irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and HeightCanvas regarding your use of the Service. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by HeightCanvas to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
